Experteer Overview
As Environmental Managing Consultant in ERM's Iberia CPD team, you will lead complex, cross-border projects to deliver environmental and social studies that meet local and international standards. You’ll manage client and authority relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance across IPPC, EIA, and permitting processes. You will design and oversee environmental monitoring plans and shape proposals to win new work. This role blends technical depth with business development, spanning oil u0026amp; gas, power, and manufacturing. You’ll work in a global, collaborative setting delivering high-impact sustainability outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Project management of complex local and international projects
• Develop and manage Environmental u0026 Social Impact Assessments (ESIA)
• Manage relationships with authorities, clients, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with regulations (IPPC Decree, EIA decrees, permitting)
• Define, coordinate,
and implement environmental monitoring plans
• Identify opportunities, prepare technical proposals and cost estimates, maintain client relationships
• Work across services and sectors (oil u0026 gas, power including renewables, manufacturing)
• Provide compliance assurance of impact assessments with local and international standards (IFC, EBRD) and project finance experience
Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in environmental engineering or environmental sciences
• Extended years of experience as Environmental Consultant in a consultancy
• Previous experience as Project Manager
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (French valued)
• Familiarity with EHS national regulations and international standards (IFC, EBRD)
• Proven experience liaising with authorities and stakeholders
