Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and execute change management and communications strategies to support the internal rollout of strategic digital initiatives across Sanofi, while elevating the visual and creative quality of materials. You will coordinate change strategies within the Application Portfolio Governance u0026amp; Modernization and Architecture programs, map stakeholders, and run audience-tailored communications. You’ll drive training, champion networks, and monitor impact to inform leadership decisions. This is a chance to shape digital transformation in a global healthcare context and partner with cross-functional teams.

• Identify, map and engage key stakeholders; facilitate workshops

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Communications
• 5+ years in change management and internal communications
• Experience with large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong training development and corporate survey experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a matrix organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Basic to intermediate creative design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with internal platforms like SharePoint, Viva Engage
