Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support the global high-tech segment by translating architectures into client-ready specifications and proposals. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and service engineers to validate feasibility and ensure smooth handover from design to delivery. You’ll deliver technical sessions and workshops, support sales and design firms with technical responses, and help ensure consultant specs align with Nalco Water solutions. This position combines hands-on problem solving with cross-functional collaboration in a safety-conscious, growth-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in water treatment, industrial systems, or complex technical solutions
• Customer-facing technical experience (pre-sales, application engineering, or tech support)
• Ability to translate architectures into detailed technical specifications
• Experience with technical documentation and system diagrams (Pu0026ID, layouts)
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and technical responses
• Knowledge of water treatment or sustainability technologies
• Understanding of relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration with solution architects, product management, Ru0026D, and field engineers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach
• English proficiency
