Experteer Overview
You will serve as a finance partner at the center of Ogury’s decision-making, starting with the Central Function and then expanding to corporate-wide budget and reporting. You’ll drive sharper ROI decisions, automate the finance stack, and lead planning cycles to align with strategy. This role blends hands-on FPu0026amp;A with high-level business partnering to influence senior leaders and improve data-driven decisions. You’ll modernize processes and implement AI-enabled tools to elevate finance rigor and impact.

• Act as the primary finance counterpart to Tech, Data, Product, HR and Finance leaders, challenging assumptions and driving ROI-focused decisions
• Own scope financials and translate data into actionable recommendations for better business decisions
• Support partners’ strategic initiatives from business case to delivery
• Lead reporting, dashboards, and forecasting modernization through AI agents and internal tooling
• Lead monthly and quarterly FPu0026A reporting, variance analysis, and management reviews, with close collaboration with FPu0026A and Finance teams
• Own annual budget and reforecast cycles,



ensuring alignment to near-term targets and long-term strategy
• Drive FPu0026A systems and automation, assess the finance tech stack, and implement AI-driven tools to reduce manual effort and raise data quality

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in FPu0026A, corporate finance, or finance consulting, ideally in SaaS, tech, AdTech, or fintech
• Hands-on corporate FPu0026A experience: budgeting/reforecasting, monthly/quarterly cycles, executive reporting
• Business-partner mindset with ability to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
• Modeling and data fluency with finance models usable by non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI experience a strong plus
• Clear, structured communication that distills complex analysis for executives
• Proficient English (C1) required
