Experteer Overview
In this role you drive human-centered product strategy and innovative AI-enabled solutions within Bain’s AIS team, partnering with design, research, and engineering to deliver client-focused outcomes. You own parts of the work, define plans, and guide cross-functional teams through ideation, prototyping, and delivery. You leverage emerging AI tools to shape roadmaps and create impactful, feasible experiences for diverse industries. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a strong impact on client value and team capability building.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Apply Human-Centered Design to align research with business goals and shape product vision
• Lead ideation sessions, journey mapping, and service design workshops for user-centric solutions
• Support POC/MVP development and product delivery, using agile practices to optimize roadmaps and mitigate risks
• Define and evolve product roadmaps, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and balance user, tech, and business needs
• Promote collaboration across AIS, clients, and stakeholders to build trust and drive results
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge, tools, and processes




• Explore emerging tools and technologies, including generative AI, to boost productivity and outcomes
• Travel 40-50% to work with clients and teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 7+ years of experience
• Proficiency in feasibility, viability, desirability, and strategy lenses (manage 2-3 concurrently)
• Hands-on product management experience with AI solutions in production
• Experience using Gen-AI powered product development tools (e.g., Synthetic Users, VoiceOver, Loveable)
• Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures and end-to-end workflows
• Experience in design thinking and leading workshops
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong agile/scrum experience and Lean Startup methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Curiosity, proactivity, and critical thinking
• Fluency in English; business Spanish at Madrid location preferred
