Experteer Overview
In this role you shape investment decisions by owning the financial architecture of renewable project pipelines and steering the analytical engine behind Mu0026amp;A. You collaborate with country teams and senior stakeholders to optimize project value through advanced modelling, evaluation, and commercial structuring. You’ll impact decisions across permitting, grid milestones, and lifecycle events, contributing to strategic growth in a lean, international environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Build, optimize, and own complex financial models from screening to RTB status
• Evaluate project economics and risk with probability-weighted DCF and project finance frameworks
• Continuously update valuations through permitting, grid connection, and technical milestones
• Support early-stage structuring and origination (feasibility studies, Joint Ventures, DSAs)
• Run analytical backbone of Mu0026A processes (NDAs, teasers, CIMs, VDRs, Qu0026A coordination)




• Prepare Investment Committee materials and senior management presentations
• Collaborate with country Project Managers on budget allocation, prioritization, and value creation

Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in financial modelling and valuation within Project Finance, Investment Banking, Mu0026A, or Renewable Energy Development
• Experience building complex Excel-based valuation models from scratch (financial modelling exercise part of selection)
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, DCF methodology, and financial statements
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and development lifecycle (Greenfield to RTB)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
