In this leadership role, you will define global procurement strategies for production equipment and lead a multinational team across regions. You partner with Business Areas to translate project needs into scalable sourcing approaches within a strong governance framework. You drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract leadership to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. You will leverage digital procurement tools and data-driven insights to optimize value and risk management. This position offers impact at scale within Siemens Energy’s mission to shape sustainable energy systems.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in global production equipment procurement, project procurement, or commercial project management in the energy sector.
• Proven leadership experience in international, multi-regional teams.
• Strong contracts, negotiations, claim management, and supplier management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with ability to execute plans and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digitalization and AI technologies; business-fluent English; travel readiness (≈20–40%).
