In this role, you will lead Waters’ regional service delivery across EMEA to boost service attachment, efficiency, and customer experience in lab automation and diagnostics. You will partner with regional sales to grow service revenue and deploy value-added offerings like proactive maintenance and remote diagnostics. You will drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in medical device, diagnostics, or analytical instrument industry
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing remote teams
• proven track record growing service contract revenue or managing service Pu0026L
• strong understanding of regulated, high-volume testing environments
• experience operating in a highly matrixed environment
• effective communication and fluent English
• ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region and beyond
