Experteer Overview
In this role you join the Testing Services team to lead and perform testing and maintenance activities across our Madrid HQ and client sites. You will develop technical and project management skills while contributing to valve and systems testing for nuclear and electrical generation facilities. You’ll work on analysis, reporting, and improvement of testing procedures, with opportunities to grow into project management. This position offers hands-on technical impact within a global client base and a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Perform and supervise maintenance and inspection/testing at client sites and headquarters
• Develop and write reports, procedures, and maintenance manuals
• Analyze test results, perform calculations, propose improvements
• Prepare technical tenders
• Attend internal and external audits




• Manage testing equipment including maintenance, calibration, and check-ups
• Develop new tools and Ru0026D activities
• Participate in continuous improvement and training, mentor junior personnel
• Over time, coordinate personnel, define deadlines, and maintain client dialogue as a project lead

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical preferred; electronics/instrumentation accepted)
• Availability to travel to client facilities both nationally and internationally
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2)
• Strong multi-tasking, flexibility, teamwork, and prioritization skills
• Experience in industrial and nuclear fields is valued but not required
