Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to Tesla’s Southern Europe business units, shaping across sales, services, marketing, real estate, and regulatory matters. You will manage complex matters and outside counsel, collaborating with regional and global teams to enable rapid, compliant growth. You’ll tackle high‑impact contracts and regulatory issues while upholding Tesla’s ethics and integrity. This position offers hands-on problem solving in a fast‑growing, diversified environment with meaningful market impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as legal trusted advisor for Tesla business units in Southern Europe
• Draft and review terms and conditions, finance matters, and related legal issues for sales, services (B2C and B2B)
• Provide legal guidance for marketing, website, and customer communications




• Draft and review real estate contracts for showrooms and service centers
• Draft and review agreements related to the Supercharger business and related matters
• Manage regulatory matters for Tesla products in the region and engage regulators
• Collaborate with EMEA peers, Litigation team, and global stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Qualified lawyer in Spain, Portugal, or Italy
• Experience in law firm and/or in-house corporate international environment
• Ability to handle a high workload of complex matters
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with business partners in English; additional Southern European language desirable
