Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the technical implementation and customization of the ServiceNow ITSM platform, ensuring alignment with best practices. You will design and configure ITSM solutions, develop business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies, and support integrations with external systems. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. You help drive platform quality and governance while tackling design challenges at scale.
