Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management

- Effectively resolve complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues as needed





- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance

Requirements

- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus

- Experience in customer support or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail
