In this Lead AI Product Engineer role, you drive Fever’s operational transformation by blending hands-on AI engineering with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll translate business needs into practical AI features, then architect and ship production-grade AI systems that automate workflows. You lead a small, high-performance squad, mentoring engineers while hands-on coding and delivering impactful tools. The mission is to streamline operations across teams and scale AI-powered experiences that enhance how people discover and engage with live entertainment. This is a fast-moving, product-driven opportunity to shape Fever’s AI-enabled operations at scale.

• Partner with internal business leaders to audit manual processes and translate bottlenecks into AI product features
• Design, code, and deploy advanced AI systems (LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG, chatbots) at scale
• Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team,

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production-ready deployment, ensuring adoption by non-technical teams

Responsabilidades
• 50/50 split between hands-on engineering and stakeholder engagement
• Proven production delivery of AI products using frameworks/tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or agentic automation
• Strong operational sense to visualize AI-enabled workflow improvements
• Solid software engineering foundations (APIs, microservices, databases, AWS)
• Empathy and communication to align engineering with operational needs
