As a Design Leader at Docplanner, you will shape the end-to-end design of tools used by doctors and clinics, including practice-management interfaces and AI-assisted experiences. You will build and mentor a design team, partner closely with engineering and product leadership, and spend time with users to translate insights into simple, effective solutions. Your work will contribute to making healthcare more human at scale, across multiple markets and a rapidly evolving product stack. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact daily clinical workflows and patient care through thoughtful design.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading design for a real, multi-user product with end-to-end ownership

• Experience with AI-enabled product features or systems is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product leadership
