Experteer Overview
In this role you provide second-level support for a portfolio of clinical software, solving incidents and guiding configuration and integrations with LIS. You will work closely with international affiliates, distributors and DevOps to ensure smooth operation and rapid issue resolution. You help maintain knowledge-sharing and contribute to continuous improvement across projects. This role combines technical problem-solving with collaboration and growth in a supportive, mentor-led environment. A strong hook is your impact on patient-centered software operations at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience providing L2 technical support in enterprise software environments
• Strong troubleshooting with log analysis and root cause identification
• Basic knowledge of Angular and Java stacks for incident analysis
• Experience configuring applications and supporting LIS integrations
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems and relational databases
• Fluent English
