As GTM Analytics Engineer, you design and maintain scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting across GTM functions. You will build and govern GTM data models and pipelines, ensuring data quality and secure BI tool operation. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to deliver curated datasets and AI-enabled analytics. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business analytics, enabling faster insight and decision-making. The position offers hands-on work with modern tooling and a path to shape the data-driven GTM strategy at Affinity.

• Develop and manage GTM data models in dbt with version control, PR reviews, and CI/CD
• Write and enforce dbt tests; implement CI-enabled quality checks
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate modeling, reviews, and documentation
• Establish data modeling standards and design BDModel tables aligned to business needs
• Build and maintain GTM data pipelines and semantic layers with standardized metrics
• Perform UAT and optimize pipelines for performance and scalability
• Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and alerting; ensure SLAs
• Govern access to sensitive data and ensure privacy and security compliance
• Collaborate with analysts,



data scientists, and stakeholders; document lineage and schemas
• Design AI-ready data models; integrate data warehouses with AI tools for natural-language analytics
• Develop reusable AI skills and automate recurring analytics and data-ops tasks

Responsabilidades
• Proficiency in data pipeline development, SQL, and cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) with Salesforce data integration
• Strong dbt experience with version control and CI/CD workflows
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude/LLMs) and interest in AI-native workflows
• Familiarity with integrating warehouses into AI/LLM tooling (MCP, semantic layers) - a strong plus
• Experience designing/managing Business Data Models (BDM) including Salesforce objects
• Hands-on Salesforce data management experience, including SOQL and troubleshooting syncs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
