Experteer Overview
In this role, you ensure the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure to support cutting-edge AI and quantum solutions. You will work within a cross-functional environment to maintain availability, automate processes, and enforce policies aligned with SOPs. You will help scale our internal systems as the business grows, while safeguarding resources and data. This is a hands-on position at a European deep-tech leader shaping AI and quantum tech at scale.

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to align with SOPs
• Install, configure, and test operating systems, software, and management tools
• Ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability
• Plan and implement system automation for efficiency
• Design, document, and implement IT policies and procedures for standardization
• Support daily office IT operations and user needs
• Oversee software management and user account provisioning




• Implement security best practices including patching, access control, and endpoint protection
• Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi‑Fi) and VPN access
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure access to internal resources

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience with IT systems, networks, monitoring tools and related technologies (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, hardware)
• Experience in endpoint device management and incident management
• Vendor management experience
• Knowledge of IT administration and system security best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
