Experteer Overview
In this role you lead initial deployments of advanced automation technologies for Amazon’s fulfillment network, establishing scalable deployment procedures. You collaborate with global cross-functional teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful go-lives and repeatable rollout processes. You own the deployment lifecycle from planning to go-live, solving technical challenges and documenting procedures for future scale. This position offers the chance to shape how robotics and material handling solutions are deployed worldwide in a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture. You will work across multiple technologies to drive tangible impact in a high-growth robotics program.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent STEM field
• Experience leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning
• Hands-on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies
• Proven ability to create technical documentation for field teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during EU deployment seasons
