As Senior Finance Manager for Iberia, you own the full financial scope from planning to execution, acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial Organization and Leadership Team. You drive profitable growth through robust FPu0026amp;A, GTN management, and insightful performance analysis. You lead the finance function, ensure compliance and strong controls, and guide the team’s development. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery to shape Iberia’s financial trajectory.

• Strategic finance partnering as a core member of the Country Leadership Team and cross-functional collaborators
• Guide pricing, trade promotions, and customer strategy with Sales, RGM, and Marketing
• Provide actionable financial insights to grow revenue, improve margins, and ROI
• Oversee GTN analysis including trade spend and promotions and ensure transparent reporting
• Own Iberia Pu0026L and lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning
• Deliver monthly close and management reporting with variance analysis and action plans
• Maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs with data-driven insights
• Ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance, manage internal controls and risk
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, DSO, and inventory turnover




• Lead and develop the Finance team and drive process improvements
• Support system implementations or upgrades (ERP, planning tools) and data governance
• Coordinate with FPu0026A, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance on initiatives
• Prepare and present financials to executives with clear storytelling
• Monitor and mitigate credit risk with Coface insurance where applicable
• Engage in cross-regional and general finance initiatives
• Coach and develop talent to build high-performing teams
