In this role you will lead the evolution of Internal Audit enablement at Allianz Services, driving methodologies, data analytics, and AI-enabled audit approaches. You will own the Audit Universe and serve as a center of competence for audit tools and analytics, partnering with global teams to raise effectiveness. You will roll out AI-enabled solutions, develop insights through dashboards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation. • Define and implement Internal Audit methodologies, standards, templates, and tools across Allianz Services
• Maintain the Audit Universe to support risk assessment, planning, and annual planning
• Serve as center of competence for audit tools, analytics, and reporting
• Develop and promote data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance risk identification and audit coverage
• Deploy AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to improve audit execution and quality assurance

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards, Methodology, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks
• 3–5 years in internal audit, risk management, controls, or audit methodology
• Knowledge of data analytics concepts (extraction, analysis, visualization, data quality, reporting)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and practical audit applications
• Experience with analytical/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) is highly beneficial
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Agile mindset and commitment to continuous learning and innovation
• Interest or affinity for IT and GenAI is valuable
