Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build high-quality, responsive user interfaces for critical enterprise applications, ensuring strong UX and smooth integration with backend services. You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into maintainable front-end code. You will champion performance, accessibility, and scalable architecture while contributing to testing strategies and front-end best practices. You will also mentor junior developers and help continuously improve development processes. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a collaborative, enterprise-focused team at Hitachi.

• Design and implement responsive, high-performance UIs using Angular
• Translate UI/UX designs and requirements into clean, reusable front-end code
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize for speed and scalability
• Apply best practices in front-end architecture, state management, and component-based development
• participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and architectural guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues across environments
• Implement and maintain front-end testing strategies (unit,



integration, end-to-end)
• Contribute to process improvements and stay current with front-end trends
• Coach and support junior front-end developers and promote knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Front-End Development experience, preferably in enterprise or large-scale apps
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Mandatory Angular experience; React or Vue.js desirable
• Know-how of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Vuex) is a plus
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) is desirable
• Experience with Git
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX best practices is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams
