As BIM Manager, you will drive information management for international transportation projects using Bentley tools. You’ll embed data governance within design delivery, aligning ProjectWise CDEs with workflows and client standards. You’ll lead multi-office, multi-discipline configurations and ensure high-quality, model- and drawing-based outputs. This role blends hands-on Bentley tooling with strategic governance to enable scalable, standards-driven delivery across integral teams. • ProjectWise CDE delivery, administration and governance across multi-office programs
• Configure and maintain ProjectWise environments, folder structures, metadata, workflows, and lifecycles
• Manage integrations between ProjectWise and Bentley design tools; optimize for design delivery
• Develop templates, automation, and repeatable onboarding processes
• Configure and manage ProjectWise-driven workspaces for OpenRoads/OpenRail workflows
• Support OpenRoads Designer and OpenRail Designer environments; manage DGN structures and model hierarchies
• Enforce standards, naming, revision control, and auditability across models and data
• Lead information management implementation aligned with BIM execution plans and client standards
• Produce dashboards and reports on workflow compliance, deliverable status, and KPIs
• Deliver training and create user guides for Bentley tool use




• Collaborate with standards/automation teams to improve workspace deployment and scalability
• Act as primary contact for information management with internal teams and external partners

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Bentley applications (OpenRoads Designer, OpenRail Designer) in transportation design
• Experience managing ProjectWise environments and workspaces
• Strong understanding of design data structures and governance within Bentley ecosystem
• Hands-on ability to configure folder structures, workflows, permissions, transmittals, and audit controls
• Ability to translate engineering requirements into CDE/workspace configurations
• Experience delivering ProjectWise solutions on large infrastructure/transport programs
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles
• Familiarity with tools like iTwin, SYNCHRO, MicroStation, OpenBridge; Bentley 365; Power BI for reporting
• Excellent communication and ability to work across distributed international teams
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology; 7+ years BIM/Digital Delivery experience
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM Manager/Coordinator roles
