Experteer Overview
In this role you support HP’s responsible sourcing agenda by drafting policies, maintaining supplier requirements, and leading training and due diligence initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure supplier handbook content stays current and compliant. You will drive due diligence deliverables and champion responsible sourcing across all components HP procures. This is an opportunity to shape governance, build stakeholder relationships, and advance sustainability impact at scale.

• Develop and implement the annual supplier training program and ensure effective delivery to target audiences
• Lead and support due diligence compliance initiatives per strategic direction (e.g., CSDDD, Modern Slavery statements)
• Establish and maintain relationships with procurement and other stakeholders across duties

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in relevant field (preferably Human Rights, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or Engineering)
• 2–4 years of work experience in ESG, supply chain, or related field
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
