In this role you will lead major aviation design programmes across Europe, guiding flagship projects from concept through delivery. You will partner with market leaders and clients to ensure quality, safety and value across live airports and greenfield schemes. You drive bid credibility, delivery assurance and stakeholder engagement at executive levels. You will shape master plans, regulatory compliance and multi-partner delivery in a high‑impact, global infrastructure firm. • Lead large-scale aviation design and engineering programmes across greenfield and live airports, focusing on quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structures, MEP, fire, security, digital and specialist transport systems.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, terminal planning, passenger flows, security and operational constraints; manage risk and quality processes.
• Act as the senior interface with airport authorities, operators, developers, contractors and regulators; drive strategy and masterplanning decisions.




• Represent AECOM in governance forums, workshops and executive reviews; build long-term client relationships to enable repeat work.
• Operate in highly regulated environments and drive digital delivery through BIM, digital twins and simulation; promote sustainability and ESG commitments.

Responsabilidades
• Industry‑recognized aviation and complex airport experience with a portfolio of major projects.
• Experience with client account development and management in the Aviation sector.
• Proven leadership on large-scale projects (500M+) with multidisciplinary teams.
• Credibility to act as Project Director on flagship programmes; success in bids and market-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of complex airport environments; proficiency with BIM workflows and digital tools.
• Full professional competency in English.
