In this role you help clients unlock value from Celonis' AI-driven Process Intelligence Platform, acting as a trusted advisor to drive data‑driven transformation. You will work with the sales and delivery teams to frame value, build compelling business cases, and oversee end‑to‑end value realization across industries. You’ll translate business needs into AI and process-mining use cases, deliver measurable ROI, and drive adoption with executive stakeholders. This is a mission‑critical role at a fast‑growing SaaS leader that blends process expertise with advanced analytics at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify and frame value with the sales team by translating business needs into AI and process-mining use cases and tailored business cases
• Govern and drive execution of the implementation plan, ensuring solutions are deployed to maximize ROI
• Scale value by driving account growth, adoption, and renewals, and communicating results to C-level executives
• Lead cross-functional account teams and align roadmaps with sales for expansion opportunities
• Ensure CIO and C-level sponsorship and maintain executive-level alignment and sponsorship

Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience in technical pre-sales and delivery,



including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping ML/Generative AI solutions
• Domain/industry expertise across Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, and Supply Chain; ability to map business needs to AI use cases
• Foundations in AI, data analytics, and how to apply generative AI for business use cases (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of business software / SaaS (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RPA, BI tools, and dashboards
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch); data engineering basics; SQL
• Experience in value realization and measuring ROI; project and executive stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and ability to present roadmaps and results to stakeholders and C-level
