Experteer Overview
In this role you will coordinate enterprise-wide security, resilience, and governance across CTO2 and multiple Operating Entities. You’ll manage vulnerability lifecycles, track compliance, and present risk posture to leadership to enable timely, defensible decisions. You act as the governance engine for cross-functional security programs, ensuring visibility, accountability and executive-level reporting. You will drive governance for ARS, IAM, CMDB, TPRM, WAF coverage and broader security objectives, translating complex data into actionable countermeasures.

• Coordinate and govern enterprise-wide Security u0026 Resilience initiatives across CTO2 regions and Operating Entities, enabling a proactive governance model and executive reporting cadence
• Govern Allianz Risk Shield (ARS) programme execution across CTO2 environments, including planning, tracking and compliance reporting and remediation uplift
• Oversee end-to-end vulnerability remediation lifecycle across Operating Entities, track backlog and KPIs, and manage ASM governance, secure coding, DevSecOps, and software supply-chain security
• Drive CMDB remediation and data-quality improvements,



align CMDB with SPM and IT structures, and govern decommissioning of obsolete services
• Manage IAM authorization-concept completion and governance across systems, track IAM remediation activities, and coordinate with central IAM, GIAM, Archer and Security teams
• Support governance of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), BCM, and WAF/DDoS remediation, consolidating security inventories across regions
• Develop and maintain executive reporting packs, dashboards and governance materials, standardize KPI definitions, and automate reporting to enable executive decision-making
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, AI-supported reporting and governance tooling, and strengthen regional SPOC relationships

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, security governance, risk management or operational resilience with enterprise-wide coordination experience
