As General People Analytics Lead, you shape a fact-based workforce narrative that informs C-suite decisions and guides global growth. You bridge data engineering and executive execution, driving AI-enabled analytics and a trusted data foundation across regions. You translate complex insights into compelling business cases and partner with HR, Finance, and regional teams to democratize workforce data. You will lead predictive modeling on bench strength, aging, and retention, while advancing governance for CSRD, ESG, and annual reporting. This role combines analytics leadership, strategic storytelling, and a mission to enable sustainable, data-driven people decisions.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems or related quantitative field
• 5-8+ years in reporting, workforce analytics or business intelligence, ideally in a global matrix organization
