In this role you will contribute to building a top-tier mobile and web investment experience within a collaborative fintech squad. You will shape scalable architectures and deliver high-quality software that meets evolving product needs. The team emphasizes fast, iterative delivery and knowledge sharing to impact clients’ financial decisions. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Collaborate with Product team to translate user needs and deliver features in an Agile SDLC using Java/Springboot and Kotlin.
• Contribute to architectural evolution using ADRs in a microservices stack running on Kubernetes with Kafka and event-driven design.
• Own tasks from estimation through release and post-production support.
• Identify and resolve prioritized defects and write tests to uphold quality.
• Manage releases and automation, promoting frequent deployments.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous learning within the team.
• Share knowledge through skill-share sessions and contribute to technical initiatives to improve the codebase.




• Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools while ensuring safety, correctness, and security through peer review and automated testing.
• Apply SDLC tooling and automation to maximize delivery value.

Responsabilidades
• English working proficiency
• Product engineer mindset with track record of delivering high-quality software
• Experience with JVM languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin) and Springboot
• Experience designing systems from scratch and evolving architectures (serverless and cloud)
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka
• Experience with monitoring/alerting for production environments
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with Git flow
• Strong communication within delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Curiosity for new ways of working and proactive idea-sharing
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and safe/secure usage of AI outputs
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows
