Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the design and integration of high-speed electronic systems for next-gen satellite and telecom platforms. You drive architecture decisions, mentor hardware teams, and ensure successful hardware delivery across the product lifecycle. You collaborate across FPGA, RF, embedded software, mechanical, and systems groups to advance a global space-based broadband solution. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on scalable, high-performance hardware that enables broad connectivity.

• Lead the design and development of high-speed multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance
• Define system architecture for high-speed digital and mixed-signal platforms
• Steer development of high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes)
• Drive SI/PI and RF design reviews
• Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, and stack-up definitions
• Perform and supervise SI, PI, and RF simulations
• Lead hardware validation, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to hardware teams
• Coordinate activities across FPGA, RF, embedded software, mechanical, and systems teams
• Support project planning,



risk assessment, and resource allocation
• Review documentation for compliance with standards and best practices
• Assist manufacturing, qualification, and production ramp-up
• Drive continuous improvement in hardware development processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in high-speed hardware and systems engineering
• Proven experience leading technical projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Extensive experience with high-speed digital design and complex PCB development
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and transmission line theory
• Experience with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and SerDes
• System integration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex electronic platforms
• Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA, and related test equipment
• Experience in satellite, aerospace, telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries
