Experteer Overview
As a Network and Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain our hybrid networks and systems, driving automation and security. You will support both on‑premises and cloud environments, impacting scalability, reliability, and security of the platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline operations and safeguard critical infrastructure. This role offers hands-on work with modern tech to enable rapid delivery and growth in a fintech SaaS platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN and VPN infrastructure; manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance, implement security measures (firewalls, ACLs, IDS/IPS), and support incident response
• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams; evaluate new technologies for enhancements
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network issues and coordinate with vendors/service providers
• Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on‑premises solutions (VMware, KVM, AWS, Azure)
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines; automate deployment/configuration with Ansible and scripting
• Contribute to security monitoring, threat detection, and SOC activities




• Document procedures and security policies; refine disaster recovery, monitoring, and provisioning processes
• Collaborate with development teams to automate workflows and troubleshoot performance issues
• Research and implement cutting‑edge Network, DevOps, and security tools

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Network, Infrastructure Engineering or similar role
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNS
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and routing/switching platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
• Understanding of network security best practices; virtualization and cloud networking (VMware, AWS/Azure); VPN tech
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• Strong Linux and/or Windows systems administration; scripting (Bash) and Docker virtualization
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and automation tools; enterprise security controls for cloud/on‑prem
• Excellent English communication; ability to document processes; French is a plus
