Experteer Overview
In this role you will strengthen operational resilience for BME within the SIX network, shaping end-to-end processes and ensuring regulatory alignment (including DORA). You will collaborate with business and technology teams to drive efficient, well-governed processes and support continuity frameworks. You will lead efforts in BIA, BCP, DR testing, and continuous improvement to mitigate risks. This is a chance to impact critical market operations in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in process management (BPM)
• 3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)
• Experience with SLA definition
• Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
• Knowledge of risk management
• Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)
• Spanish u0026 English (C1)
