As Senior Creative Manager, you will steer creative vision across Design Studios, delivering high-impact solutions for client engagements. You’ll lead and mentor teams, shape long-term creative strategy, and drive innovative work that aligns with business goals. You collaborate with general teams to balance creativity with client needs, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. This role offers the chance to influence design standards and scale creative excellence within a premier consulting environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Design or related field
• 12-16 years of relevant experience in professional services, design startup, or agency
• Strong management experience in design/creative teams
• Strong conceptual and design skills with track record of improving performance
• Excellent relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in collaborative design environments and with global teams a plus
• B2B experience and business language knowledge
• Client-facing experience with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills
• Understanding of visual organization, composition, typography, and aesthetics
• Excellent English language skills; other languages a plus
