In this role, you will support IoT Billing Operations Lead to drive improvements in IoT billing processes. You’ll collaborate with internal and third-party teams to ensure accurate invoicing, strong governance, and minimal revenue leakage, while aligning requirements with product roadmaps. You will operate in a fast-growing, cross-functional IoT environment focused on customer experience and operational excellence. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and ensure billing operations SLA compliance and KPIs
• Lead and implement projects to improve IoT billing operations and invoicing accuracy
• Identify billing gaps, risks, and issues; drive cross-functional corrective actions
• Represent billing operations in SteerCo and governance forums; communicate requirements to product management




• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define billing processes for new products/services

Responsabilidades
• Experience (3+ years) in billing operations within international telco environment
• Ability to identify issues affecting billing performance and implement solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across the organization
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Fluent English
