Experteer Overview
In this role you shape the Digital Commerce backbone for PPG, aligning business needs with technical solutions within a global software team. You translate stakeholder input into actionable user stories and criteria, guiding agile delivery and QA collaboration. You’ll leverage AI-enabled analysis to drive efficient requirements and documentation. Your work accelerates continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment, delivering value in ecommerce and web development contexts.

• Translate product owner feedback into user stories and detailed requirements for the development team
• Define clear acceptance criteria to align stakeholders on expected outcomes
• Collaborate with SQAs to review test cases and validate results
• Lead agile/ Scrum-driven delivery with development teams
• Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Utilize AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and decision-making




• Apply problem-solving to compare approaches and identify feasible solutions
• Manage changes and enhancements to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain project documentation and workflows using Azure DevOps
• Contribute to continuous improvement and promote BA best practices

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 6 years in Business Analysis or similar role
• Experience in ecommerce and web development environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
