Experteer Overview
As the senior Product Finance partner, you own the financial narrative for Preply’s product domain andguide senior leadership decisions. You translate product plans and experiments into revenue impact, build robust financial models, and support strategic bets in areas like AI-assisted learning. You’ll work closely with the Product and FPu0026amp;A teams to enable data-driven prioritization and resource allocation. This role blends finance rigor with product thinking to scale a high-growth, globally-distributed platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own Product Finance end to end and be the senior Finance voice in product planning forums
• Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas, stress-test ROI assumptions under different investment scenarios
• Define how we measure product investment returns by translating experiment lift and cohort data into revenue impact
• Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio and lead the Product workstream in AOP and LRP
• Build financial theses and models for high upside bets like non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning, plus decide scaling or scaling back
• Be the trusted Finance partner to product leadership and craft executive-review-ready narratives
• Analyze how product changes affect CAC, LTV,



and retention and leverage AI tools to accelerate FPu0026A work

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in product analytics, product finance, or a closely adjacent FPu0026A role
• Experience at a high-growth B2C or marketplace business
• Deep experience in product impact measurement: experiment analysis, lift quantification, cohort analysis, and translating product metrics into financial outcomes
• Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and their limitations for financial planning
• Ability to build financial frameworks in ambiguous areas with limited data
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch in uncertain contexts
• Ability to build investment frameworks and align with senior partners
• Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights and efficiencies
• Exceptional executive-level communicator
• Comfortable in Looker or similar reporting tools; advanced Excel/Google Sheets
