Experteer Overview
In this Senior Backend Developer role, you will help build a centralized knowledge base and tooling to support NextGen payroll. You’ll collaborate in sprints with a passionate team to deliver new features and upgrades that impact business clients at scale. You’ll work primarily with Java for backend development, alongside AWS Lambda, JavaScript and Python, and you’ll explore graph databases, RDF and SPARQL. You’ll thrive in a hands-on, ownership-minded environment that values learning, experimentation, and delivering simple, effective solutions for clients.

Responsabilidades
• Expert in Java
• Backend development experience using AWS Lambda
• Proficiency with JavaScript and Python
• Experience with graph databases (Amazon Neptune) and semantic web tech (RDF, SPARQL)
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines
• Awareness of leave and absence management is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset
