Experteer Overview
As Lead Value Engineer in the Value Advisory Team, you drive scalable value delivery by building repeatable ROI, adoption, and enablement frameworks. You shape product-to-field feedback, drive adoption of new capabilities, and convert proven success into scalable assets for GTM motions. You lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve VE metrics and enable high-value deals with AI-driven approaches. This role offers ownership from day one and a unique chance to influence the Celonis value journey at scale.

• Lead high-impact projects to architect AI Agents, autonomous frameworks, and LLM-driven assets to transform VE activities (pre-sales, value realization, adoption)
• Co-create new product functionality based on a value-driven mindset
• Contribute to GTM strategy and end-to-end value journey improvements in collaboration with Pu0026E, Industry Team, and Business Apps
• Serve as sparring partner to VE team and other Celonis groups to share best practices
• Leverage network across Celonis and ecosystem to achieve team objectives

Responsabilidades




• Drive scalability by documenting and implementing best practices across the VE organization
• Innovative mindset with interest in AI agents and related platforms (Claude, Auctor)
• Empower and enable others through collaboration, empathy, and strong communication
• Own initiatives with proactive, accountable approach across VE programs
• Technical expertise with Celonis Platform (PQL) and software development/deployment skills (SQL, R, Python, Java)
• Deep knowledge of Celonis platform, processes, and assets for guidance and value realization
• Value selling and realization skills including needs understanding, solution positioning, and measuring value
• Stakeholder and program management to roll out assets and drive adoption
• Industry expertise in manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharma, or chemicals is a plus
