As a Business Intelligence Analyst at SEAT CODE, you will design and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for the Commercial Data Insights Team. You will partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver user-friendly reports that drive decision-making. You will build robust data models by integrating multiple sources (ERP, CRM, CPQ) and uphold data governance and quality standards. Your work supports data-driven strategy across SEAT and CUPRA, shaping how digital experiences scale for millions of drivers. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to improve reporting capabilities and user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Develop and optimize data models by integrating multiple enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, CPQ, and others)
• Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and reporting best practices
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of reporting solutions
• Provide advanced analytical insights through data exploration, trend analysis, and performance monitoring
• Create and maintain technical documentation; drive continuous improvements in reporting capabilities and UX
