Experteer Overview
In this role you drive local field marketing strategy in Bilbao to strengthen Red Bull’s brand at the community level. You’ll lead the Student Marketeers team, delivering tailored activations that convert trial and align with global guidelines. You’ll collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to create locally relevant programs, manage events, and develop talent with a focus on impactful consumer experiences.

• Implement field strategy with the Field Marketing Manager and tailor programs to local needs to boost brand understanding and consumer trial
• Support development and execution of locally relevant ideas that complement global and national initiatives
• Create and support key events and marketing opportunities leveraging local media landscapes, emphasizing participation
• Model Red Bull values and maintain an inspiring tone of voice across activities
• Hire, train, and lead the Student Marketeers Team,



ensuring the right profiles to drive conversion and develop high-potential stars
• Set up the Student Marketeer program optimally across locations and moments, with resource flexibility to catch opportunities

Responsabilidades
• University Degree 3 years minimum, ideally in Marketing
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Marketing or Sales
• Experience managing people and teams
• Experience with events and activations from an organizational perspective
• Strong networking skills and relationships in core scenes (Culture/Sports)
• Knowledge of local student community and universities
• Strategic mindset with initiative and ownership
• Strong analytical, planning, budgetary, and project management competencies
• Self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, stress-resistant
