You lead a transportation product group within World Courier’s GDATS, shaping a multi-domain portfolio that includes TMS, route planning, and driver/vehicle tech. You partner with business stakeholders to define a long-term vision and roadmaps, aligning multiple domains into a cohesive transportation strategy. You coach Product Owners and drive high-quality delivery while balancing innovation with platform health and regulatory needs. You will apply AI and analytics to improve routing, risk mitigation, and operational performance, contributing to safer, faster, and more reliable healthcare logistics.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transportation, logistics, or supply-chain technology products in global, regulated environments
• Experience leading multiple product teams or groups and mentoring Product Owners/Managers
• Experience in matrixed, peer-based leadership environments
• Strong functional understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and route optimization
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI, optimization, or advanced analytics into operations
