Experteer Overview
As Senior Product Designer in the Design System team, you help evolve a scalable design system for OLX’s Real Estate products. You collaborate with cross-functional tribes to ensure consistency, quality, and speed, shaping AI-enabled workflows and token strategies. You contribute to a coherent brand experience across multiple platforms while growing your own design systems practice. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-moving, values-driven culture.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within the design system to improve consistency across tribes
• Define component behavior, states and variants with engineers to ship them
• Improve the contribution model enabling designers outside the core pod to propose and ship components
• Support problem framing through to documentation and handover using user research and feedback
• Create documentation covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance
• Collaborate with engineers on token strategy and linking Figma to production code
• Resolve conflicts between local tribe needs and system-wide coherence
• Identify gaps with product design teams and embed systems thinking across products
• Use AI-assisted tooling in daily workflows to enhance research,



prototyping and component definition
• Contribute to structuring the system for AI workflows including tokens and docs
• Know when to override AI output with design judgment and explain why
• Understand when to enforce consistency vs allow exceptions
• Improve cross-team communication to align priorities and outcomes
• Work with product teams to embed stronger systems thinking across products

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale
• Experience contributing to or leading a contribution model
• Strong technical fluency to translate design decisions into code with engineers as peers
• Sharp judgment on trade-offs between consistency and flexibility
• Excellent communication to persuade stakeholders and onboard designers
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and applying them to improve speed, quality, and consistency
• Portfolio showing shipped impact and systems thinking
• Experience with Figma, component libraries, variables and tokens
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers to deliver scalable outcomes
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted design or development workflows
