As Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will steward a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium Spain-based restaurants, driving value from TheFork ecosystem and delivering an outstanding client experience. You act as a trusted adviser, solving complex hospitality needs and coordinating cross-functional teams to support growth. You’ll lead strategic reviews, reduce churn, and influence product and commercial initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-growing, restaurant-focused tech environment.

• Be the main contact for operational, commercial and product topics
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Operations and Sales to resolve complex issues
• Analyze customer performance and recommend strategies to improve bookings,



revenue and visibility

• Share customer insights to influence product and commercial initiatives
• Ensure exceptional customer experience with high operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• C2 level of Spanish and fluent English
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Key Account Management with enterprise experience
• Commercial mindset focused on growth opportunities, plus strong analytical skills and data fluency
• Collaborative team player
• Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership and accountability, plus excellent organizational skills
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder-influence skills
• Confidence to navigate challenging conversations
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in Catalan is a strong plus
