Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the integration of our ISV solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance u0026amp; Operations to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes in the automotive aftermarket. You will work within a newly established, diverse team across Europe in an agile setting to deliver future-ready solutions that create real value for customers. You act as a trusted advisor through the customer lifecycle, support pre-sales activities, and collaborate with Product Development to refine features. The role combines hands-on implementation with ongoing consulting and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, customer-focused position in a values-driven culture.

• Lead the implementation of the ISV solution integrating D365 Fu0026O with TecCom for end-to-end order-to-invoice processes
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer requirements, validate processes and integrations, and design compliant TecAlliance solutions
• Support pre-sales activities, conduct workshops and training, and provide ongoing consulting
• Resolve complex functional support cases and drive continuous improvement of customer solutions




• Collaborate with Product Development to contribute Fu0026O expertise and define new features
• Prepare and present recommended implementations and roadmaps to customers

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management or product implementation
• Very good functional knowledge of D365 Fu0026O/AX with focus on Sales u0026 Marketing, Procurement u0026 Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management
• Knowledge of EDI or similar integrations is a plus
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments
• Strong communication skills, comfortable handling difficult conversations and adapting style to diverse personalities
• Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities to resolve conflicts and achieve outcomes
• Business fluent English (B2 level or higher); additional languages a plus
