Experteer Overview
As Senior Director, International Benefits, you will design and lead a multi-year global benefits strategy for 60+ countries outside North America, balancing global consistency with local relevance. You’ll partner with leaders and vendors to build and communicate programs that support employee well-being and growth. You’ll ensure compliance across international regulations and optimize costs through effective vendor management. This role sits in the General HR team and offers a chance to shape a world-class benefits experience at scale.

• Lead the design and execution of a multi-year global benefits framework with unified international policies and local market relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, senior leaders, and external vendors to manage regional teams and communicate program value for high employee engagement across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM
• Ensure compliance with international legal, financial,



and legislative regulations (including pension and time-off mandates) and maintain audit readiness while optimizing admin costs

Responsabilidades
• Extensive international benefits design and administration experience outside the US
• Strong understanding of financial drivers of international programs and cost-containment levers
• Proven transformational change leadership and ability to manage complex, matrixed stakeholder relationships with executive presence
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related certification is preferred
