Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and evolve the value proposition for Revolut’s merchant acquiring products, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and growth. You will translate customer needs and market insights into compelling GTM plans and PR strategies, while upholding Revolut’s mission to simplify money for businesses globally. You’ll work across markets to scale campaigns and ensure seamless product launches. This is a chance to shape how Revolut’s acquiring solutions are perceived and adopted worldwide.

• Own and refine the value proposition for merchant acquiring products based on research and competitive analysis
• Extract actionable insights from data to inform product and marketing decisions
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including audience targeting, value propositions, and PR plans
• Design and manage channel strategy across markets to reach current and prospective customers
• Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to identify and fix blockers and optimize growth

Responsabilidades
• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape
• Ability to set strategic direction and manage complex GTM campaigns with cross-functional input
• Strong understanding of digital and offline activation channels for in-product and performance campaigns
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign and product strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse, international environment
