Experteer Overview
As an AI Inhouse Consultant, you translate TecAlliance business challenges into AI solutions, guiding the journey from initial use-case discussion to prototyping, validation, and production handover. You collaborate with the DSML team to deliver fast, end-to-end AI deployments that create measurable impact and align with business goals. You prototype, validate with stakeholders, and help scale proven practices across the organization. You operate with curiosity, focusing on reusable, production-ready results in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on Python expertise
• Basic cloud and infrastructure awareness (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Solid academic foundation in CS, Data Science, ML, Math, Stats or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (B2+); German advantageous
• Experience with Python ML stack (PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas) and at least one major cloud ML platform; MLOps tooling (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD) is a plus
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and generative-AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a strong plus
