Experteer Overview
As an experienced Product Manager at Unit4, you own products end-to-end—from discovery to live delivery and ongoing improvements. You collaborate with design and an AI-assisted team to ship at pace and continuously refine based on real customer feedback. You’ll shape product strategy, prioritize requirements, and drive adoption across markets in government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. This role offers impact by delivering ERP solutions that enable teams to focus on meaningful work.

• Own a product through its full lifecycle: discovery, definition, build, launch, and ongoing enhancements
• Lead discovery with customers to identify valuable problems and shape solutions
• Turn insights into prioritized requirements and a clear product backlog

Responsabilidades
• Experienced product manager with end-to-end ownership of products
• Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP experience a plus
• Strong ability to work with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales
• Bias to ship and deliver real customer outcomes
• Comfort working with ambiguity and fast pace
• Ability to articulate customer pains and validate them with data or evidence
