Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead reliability and maintenance activities for Amazon’s refrigeration systems across Europe, driving standardisation, safety, and operational excellence. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to expand and deploy new equipment, optimize existing processes, and ensure food-safety compliance. You will represent reliability initiatives to senior leadership, define long-term roadmaps, and champion predictive and preventative maintenance. This position offers impact at scale, shaping how refrigeration supports fast, reliable delivery across the EU. You will work in a dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Create and drive European-wide reliability projects delivering benefits in reliability, ergonomics, cost and resource use
• Increase standardisation across refrigeration systems and future delivery station design
• Optimize existing equipment/processes and support rollout of new equipment from concept to deployment
• Author and chair business cases and status reports for senior leadership
• Communicate reliability program status to senior leaders
• Develop strategy for long-term roadmaps
• Implement EU-validated standards and contribute to safety and equipment availability improvements through predictive and preventative maintenance
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Experience with PLC-based control systems
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma or related tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of AMZL facilities equipment, maintenance, and safety procedures
