Experteer Overview
As a Material Scientist at Galderma, you will apply hands-on expertise to understand, characterize, and optimize materials used in products and packaging. You’ll work in a small, highly technical team within a regulated environment, driving science-based solutions and robust documentation. Your work supports cross-functional teams to ensure performance, compatibility, and quality across formulations and packaging. • Analyze and characterize materials and their chemical composition and behavior
• Understand interactions between raw materials and packaging (tubes, bottles, etc.)
• Assess how supplier differences impact material performance and product quality
• Investigate material-related issues and drive practical, science-based solutions




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product Science, MSu0026T, and Quality
• Translate complex findings into clear technical documentation and presentations

Responsabilidades
• MSc or PhD in Material Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 3-8+ years in pharma, biotech, cosmetics, or injectable/aesthetic products
• Strong expertise in material characterization and analytical techniques
• Deep understanding of material interactions and applied science
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities
• applied material science in regulated industries (pharma, aesthetics, cosmetics)
