As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive cross-functional initiatives within Morningstar DBRS to support the Credit Group’s strategic goals. You will coordinate globally distributed teams, own project plans, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll manage scope, risks, and metrics, while enabling continuous improvement and clear communication with senior stakeholders. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping multi-functional programs that align with business objectives and OKRs.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of project management experience
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana; Jira a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently, preferably in software development or business operations
• Experience facilitating global team collaboration and engagement with senior leadership
• Strong communication, listening, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence decision-making and foster healthy team debate
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Coaching capabilities for teams and stakeholders
